Office 2007 Small business upgrade for Office xP 2002

I am interested in updating from Office XP 2002 oem small business to office
2007 small business.
I still have the original installation oem disk.
However i had to cahange the computer internals because of motherboard
failure. (Motherboard and internals chaged intel quad and memory)
i operate presentlly 2002 small business on Vista 32 on the modified computer
Will the 2007 small business upgrade operate?
