Office 2007 Small business Upgrade will not install

I am trying to install Office 2007 Small business Upgrade from my 2003
Standard edition. I keep getting the same error message which is
Smallusinessr.WW\SMBrWW.cab cannot be found and wants me to tell the computer
where to find it. How the heck should I know? This of course cancels the
upgrade installation. Any ideas?
