Office 2007 SP-2 questions

Hi;

1) Do the Office SP2 PIAs require Office SP-2 or will they work with
the RTM Office 2007?

2) Is there a WIX bootstrapper for the Office 2007 SP-2 installer?

Hello Dave,

1). Yes, it needs the Office SP2 installed on the client side because the
new features are implemented in new COM dll that updated by SP2.

2). Office 2007 SP2 is huge 290M and cannot be redistributed. It is
different from PIAs. So I think, we need to check the clients Office 2007
version and prompt the users to update to SP2 if neccessary
