Office 2007 SP1 & ActiveX Killbits for windows KB960715

Hi,
I've created package for Office 2007 Slip streamed with SP1 and Patches.
When I pushed the package to workstation using SMS. I noticed the ActiveX
killbits for windows XP KB960715 shows as Uninstalled.

I need to reapply the patch to worktsation again; however don't know why
this happen !!

Any idea ??
