Office 2007 SP1 Application failure

I've got my Office 2007 Pro files on a network share that we've used to
deploy the initial install. I just downloaded Office 2007 SP1 and extracted
the .msp files. I copied them to the \Updates folder on the share.

I did a fresh install to my Vista system and it appears that the install is
still RTM. None of the .msp files apparently were seen. Any ideas why SP1
wasn't applied in my new install?
