Office 2007 SP2 - Publisher cannot open file

After installing Office 2007 SP2 I can no longer open publisher files. If I
uninstall SP2 then I can open the file. Anyone else get this problem? Is
Microsoft aware of this issue?

Same problem in two sites after installing SP2 overnight.

Uninstalling Office 2007 SP2 resolves the issue from the computer

You need to download the "Microsoft Service Pack Uninstall Tool for the 2007
Microsoft Office suite" - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954914

Then run oarpman.exe like this:

oarpman /remove O12SP2 /log c:\O12SP2\O12SP2.log


By the way this problem also affects pub files created after installing SP2.
