Office 2007 SP2 update

after I installed SP2, everytime I open an Office document I get 2 windows.
The first is an Office installer window that says "Preparing to install..."
and the second window says "please wait while windows configures Office home
and student 2007". It happens everytime I open a doc so each doc takes an
extra 15 to 20 seconds to open. I have unistalled and reinstaled and it
still happens.
