Office 2007 Standard will not uninstall from Vista

On Windows Vista laptop, Office 2007 does not have repair option under
Control panel. When you try to uninstall, I receive error message 'Setup was
unable to find installed products. I tried to use
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928218 as well as trying to remove and
reinstall from cd with same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
