Office 2007 student & home service desk edition & product key ques

I bought an office 2007 student & home "service desk edition" this week from
Circuit City (who is now out of business). I have one question & one problem.
My question is, what is different about the "service desk" edition? My
problem is that I tried to install the program, but when I enter the product
key, I get a message that the product key doesn't match the product I'm
installing. The software was new in the package from Microsoft, didn't appear
to have been opened. Anyone have any ideas? Help please!!!

The Service Desk Edition is a retail product intended for use by locations
such as retailers to use to support the sales and service of the Office 2007
product. It isn't intended for general sale to the public as I understand
it.
