office 2007 student or pro

my sons school offers a version od either office 2007 pro or office 2007
student ,seems the student version has one more program but is cheaper what
is the difference ,I use office 2003 pro right now but thinking of upgrading
so he can use it for school and I can use it for my business too

The difference other than the programs is the licensing requirements. Home
and Student 2007 will allow up to three concurrent installations on
computers within the same household and not for use for commercial purposes.
Pro will allow the installation onto a primary device and a portable device
for the "exclusive" use of the primary user of the primary device.
