Office 2007 Trial Uninstall

I downloaded the 2007 trial on the computer at my placement. We are on a
universal server within the organization. Our tech guy uninstalled it but
now our original version of Microsoft is not working. We can't open any
files and it asks us to insert the disk ... What do I do?
