Office 2007 Trial upgrade ?

B

BChat

I d/l and installed Office 2007 Professional Trial. I did an upgrade install
over Office 2003 Professional. Office 2003 was not saved.
When I convert 2007 to the ''paid for version", will I be able to use an
''upgrade'' version of 2007 since there is no 2003 version on the machine?

TIA

I did buy the Pro upgrade version, about 15 minutes ago, entered the key,
activated, all is well.
I do have the 2003 Pro CD - not needed:)

Thanks for the reply JoAnn.
If you buy the Pro version, you should be fine. I assume you have the 2003
disks?

I assume you didn't go thru Amazon.com. too bad, you could have saved some
money - plus you'd have the 2007 disks in you hands. (I'm not big on buying
software without the disks, can you tell?)

I went to the local Staples store, about 1 mile from here - got the disks
:)
I too am not a big fan of ''no disk" software.
I never even thought of Amazon - :-(

Tuck that away for the next time you need software. They are usually the
best price and generally you can get free shipping. The downfall, of course,
is the wait.

You're talking to the queen of "NOW!" but I also like to save money. Amazon
would have saved you $30. ;-)

I'd have spent more than that on drugs to keep me calm while waiting
