I just downloaded the 60 day trial version of Office 2007 Home and Student to
check out the programs. First program I brought up was Word to test out its
capabilities. Imagine my dismay when I discovered just about all the buttons
for doing even the most basic things like changing font sizes was locked out
and only accessible if you buy the full version. Well, just wasted 15 minutes
of my life to download something I can't use. Now, since I can't truely
"test" the programs, I'm less incline to purchase the full version. I guess
I'll go on ebay and buy an older version of Office say, the 2003 version, for
less money and be done with it.
p.s. Just had to vent my fustrations. Thanks to all those who read this and
sry for wasting your time!
