Have a medialess licensed Office 2007 Pro valid keycode from Lenovo, and
trying to upgrade a downloaded trial version of Office 2007 Pro. Don't have
any discs to use to load the full version, but did pay for the full version
when I purchased the Lenovo laptop. Have tried to convert, but error message
says the keycode is not valid, but there are no errors in the entered
keycode, that has been verified via the phone with Microsoft employees.
How to I get a full version of Office 2007 Pro installed and converted/
activated on my computer with no backup discs for the Office 2007 Pro? Thanks.
