Try downloading and installing directly from the microsoft.com web site for
downloads (you can find easily by doing a search of msn for the KB978382
update name). Downloading manually instead of through automatic updates
enables the "I agree" acceptance of terms button which isn't visible through
the automatic download and that causes a failure. Good luck
