Only if you have a product Cd for Microsoft Works 9 and you have
installed a special patch to correct problems in Works 9.

So you must have a CD for Works 9 otherwise you are stuffed! You can
download the ISO of CD from crack sites or buy cheap CDs from Amazon or
Ebay..
