I installed my Office 2007 upgrade a while back on my laptop and desktop, I
use the desktop at home and my laptop when I am out in the field. I have had
to rebuild the laptop a couple of times, each time I would insert the Office
2000 CD when it looked for the old version, each time it worked fine. The
other day Outlook started acting strange, when I tried to send a new e-mail
the size of the print on the new email was too small to read, even though it
was set to 11pts. When I receive e-mails I can read them just fine. I have
run the Office diagnostics and it indicates no problems found. Next I tried
to reinstall Office 2007, put in the product key, said that it could not find
a qualifying version to upgrade so I put in the Office 2000 CD and it still
says cannot find a qualifying version. What am I doing wrong, Excel and Word
still seem to work okay?
