Office 2007 user agreement

Can someone help me with a little problem that I have with the user
agreement.
I currently have office 2007 (3 user version) installed on 3 machines. 1 of
these machines have now been junked and taken to the great laptop
recycling centre in the sky. My question is, if I buy another replacement
laptop can I use my existing version of Office 2007 (as
I will still only be using 3 machines) or do I need to buy a new copy of
Office 2007?

It seems the positng police make a regular appearance and usually have
nothing to offer

To the OP - I believe, if you bought a Retail Version, and NOT an OEM version
then you can legally move it and install it. You may have to call in to
activate it, however, explaining that you have a retail version and are
moving the license should get the product activated. At least that has been
my experience.
