Office 2007 VBA - object creation problem

In one of my PPAs I am getting the "you don't have the design time license"
error, in another I am not. These are both PPAs from Powerpoint 2003. In
the immediate window, with the one having the problem, I can type /any/
object and get the error. For example:

? Application.

As soon as I type the "." it throws up the error. But I am /not/ getting
this error in my other PPAs -- just one of them. And I do not know what may
be different.

This is Office 2007, under Windows 7. Oddly enough, on my XP machine, I am
not having the problem. However, on that machine in addition to Office 2007
I also have Office 2003 ... so I do not know if it is related to W7/Vista,
or the absence of Powerpoint 2003 ... or to something completely
unanticipated.

Have any of you guys seen anything like this?

Do you even know where I should start looking?

Further info. This seems to be related to the recently added use of
hhctrl.ocx to show a .chm help file.

The one in XP does not have a problem, but the one in Win7 does. Any ideas
where to go from here?

This isn't one of the controls distributed with Office/VBA. I'd guess that
you have other dev tools installed on the system where it works, and that the
control's licensed for use with them.
