Office 2007, Vista and one note 3003

I have just bought a new computer with Vista preinstalled and have installed
Office 2007 professional. Regrettably, this does not come with onenote 2007,
so I have installed onenote 2003 which I already have, and copied my notebook
over. I find onenote extremely useful (and would not be without it) and
really found the powertoys essential but I am unable to install these as my
computer tells me I need net framework 1.1.4322, yet when I try and download
this (which I understand is in SP1 for onenote 2003), the upgrades have
already been installed (although net framework does not appear in the list of
programs on my computer....)
Firstly, it is a real shame that microsoft have not included onenote 2007 in
office 2007 professional, and secondly, is there any way that onenote 2003
powertoys will work with vista/office 2007 and if so, could someone please
explain in non technical terms how I can fix this problem? Any help would be
much appreciated, as I use onenote all the time and, as far as I can tell, I
will just have to upgrade to the 2007 version as soon as possible.

Highly unlikely.

OneNote 2003 was useless. OneNote 2007 is superb. Don't even think
of sticking with 2003.

Thanks... I thought I'd have to upgrade!
