office 2007 will not activate

My Office pro 2007 I have just bought and used on two computers this being
the second one wont activate. It continues to say that it has been activated
to many times. when first activating succusfully and now being its second use
wont can u please help me so that i can use office thanks james

Is the second machine a laptop?
