Office 2007 with 64bit 0r 32bit OS

I have Office Home and Student 2007 installed and operating with the 32bit
version of Vista Premium.

Looking at a new computer, the OEM OS is the 64bit version of Vista Home
Premium and a trial version of Office 2007 is pre-installed.

Will my copy of Office run on the 64bit OS? Will I have conflicts with
installing my copy of Office on the new computer with the trial version in
place?

(1) It will run on 64 bit
(2) Remove the Trial before installing your version of Office. The 2 will not
co-exist

You have to uninstall any trial and activation assistant, then reboot,
before installing any paid for version
64bit, makes no difference
