Office 2007 Won't save

I have Windows Vista and MS Office 2007. None of the programs in Office will
save. This is a purchased copy, I've been using it for some time and have
not added any new "add-ons" or software recently. I have followed the
threads, started word in safe mode, deleted tmp files (there were none) etc.
Still no joy. Any sugestions?

When you say it won't save, what do you mean? There's no "Save" option on
the menu? Or you save and nothing happens? Or it hangs up? What version of
Office 2007 is it, and how was it obtained (retail purchase, pre-install,
....)?
