Office 2007 Word crashes and restarts unexpectedly

Vista 32 and Office 2007 Word: Word crashes with an error message that has
file cause beginning with "hpz" and the options are to search online for a
solution and/or restart Word. It's happened twice, both times doing minimal
tasks in Word!

Any solutions?
