Office 2007 Word Initialization Problem

Each time I try to initialize Office 2007 Word I get a message stating
"Please Wait While Setup Prepares The Necessary Files." This is followed by
a new window titled "Configuration Process" that says "Configuring Microsoft
Office Small Business 2007" and then a very long barometer showing progress
appears.

After this process completes, Word opens and seems to run okay.

Does anyone know what is causing this problem and/or how I can overcome it?

Did you ever get a resolution to this problem? We have a couple machines
that are doing the same thing. I tried the repair install, uninstalling and
reinstalling, installed ALL for the entire Office 2007 program and even a
registry hack from another forum, but the message still comes back. I hope
someone has an answer to this problem!!
