So, in the interest of streamlining and cleaning things up, they changed a
one-click print to a three-click (or two-click and one point) print?

After looking a bit, I found a way back! Office Menu / Excel Options /
Customize. Drag the "Quick Print" icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. You used
to be able to drag features you want anywhere, but at least this gets a few
of them back.

Is there a way to customize the ribbon? I would like to put other font
options (back) where I can get them. I had put "Hidden" and "Superscript" on
the Font toolbar. I would not mind if these also came up on the popup bar. I
can no longer find how to customize these.

For an overview of what you can customize straight out of the box, see
http://pschmid.net/blog/2006/10/18/68
If you want to do more, you have to either learn RibbbonX:
http://pschmid.net/office2007/ribbonx
Or take a look at my RibbonCustomizer add-in linked below my name.

You don't have to necessarily go digging through Customize to find those
commands you want to add to your Quick Access Toolbar, if it's on the Ribbon
or elsewhere, just right-click on it and select "Add to Quick Access
Toolbar". If you want to add an entire group, such as the Font group,
right-click the group name and use the Add command. Then when you click the
button in your QAT the entire group will be available. Removal is the same,
right-click the command on the QAT and then use the Remove command.

Originally, my QAT looked a lot like the Standard toolbar and a bit of the
formatting toolbar in previous versions. ;-)

Now, after using the new UI for a bit, I've found I add and remove commands
depending on what I'm doing since it's so easy to do. For example if I'm
working on reviewing a document I'll add Review commands. Then later, if I'm
working with images and such, I'll add the commands I use the most.

Also note you can still use the Office 2003 accelerators if you're one who
used the keyboard a lot. for example Alt+T+O will display the
<ApplicationName> Options dialog box.
