Office 2007June14 updates failure

I have had no problems before or since the updates of June 14th,but I simply
cannot install these updates without a failure statement. These are namely:
KB969559, 969604/07/13/79/82 & 970012. Security update for Powerpoint
(KB957789) howver installed today (21st June) no problem. Any idea?

I am having the exact same problem on one particular computer. I have tried
everything. I have tried copying in a new ose.exe in case his was corrupt. I
attempted to uninstall his MSO2007 but was stubborn to uninstall so I had to
do a manual uninstall. When I used the Microsoft Uninstall Utility it didn't
even list the MSO2007, yet rather listed MSO2003 products yet 2003 wasn't
installed anymore. After manual uninstall of MSO2007, I wasn't able to
reinstall it.
Finally restored his PC back to June 23. But still have the same problem.
Those same MSO updates won't install.

I am wondering if it is some sort of conflict with OpenOffice as I see
references to that on his PC. Anyways, did you fix your problem yet? Thanx

I am also having the same problem with 5 office downloads. I did have open
office on my computer at one point but then took it off. Did you ever figure
out if that is the cause of your problems with downloading updates?
