Office 2008 for Mac Upgrade or full version?

I'm confused... I want to buy Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac Home & Student Edition for my new MAC Book, but I'm not clear if this just an upgrade or the full version.

My MAC did not have a trial version preloaded. Where can I get a trial?

There is no trial version of Office 2008, yet. The Home & Student Edition is
a full version, no upgrade, and it provides you with three product keys
which can be used on different Macs in your household. Keep in mind that
there is a restriction to the H&S edition as you can't use it for commercial
purposes.
