Office 2008 for the Mac

I think my copies of Office 2007 (Windows) and Office 2004(Mac) permitted me to install on a desktop and a laptop.

Does the Office 2008 EULA also permit this, or do I have to buy two copies?

You can install on both laptop and desktop, but you can only launch/run
Office on 1 of them at a time. Office defined as entire suite--no
running Word on one and Excel on the other at the same time.
