Office 2008 upgrade

I haven't received my upgrade to 2008 via the Big Friday Deal or whatever it was called. Nor was I ever advised that my info and required submissions were received. I can't seem to get an answer from MS, either. Anyone out there have a suggestion? Thanks for any input.

I'm afraid we have nothing to do with rebates & promotional offers here -
although some MS people are monitoring the group due to the recent release
of 2008. It's possible that one of them may pick up on the question, but not
guaranteed - they for the most part haven't much to do with marketing.

If you kept a copy of your claim form take a look at it for a mailing
address, email address or phone number. I can't remember that specific form
but the others I've seen have such info on them. I also know they're running
about 6 weeks beyond their initial fulfillment time frame.

Thanks, CyberTaz: That's certainly more than I've learned in my other efforts to contact Microsoft support. I appreciate the response. I guess I'll just sit back and wait another six weeks.
