Hi Tom,
For anyone curious about Microsoft Groove for Windows, it is analogous to
Microsoft Office Project Gallery (included as part of Microsoft Office) on
the Mac.

Office 2004 has vba. Office 2008 does not. The moment VBA appears in a 2008
document then compatibility is broken.
On the other hand, some of the screwy "new" things introduced recently into
Windows office, such as incompatible comment boxes and org charts, will be
updated on the Mac side so that Office 2008 will share the same new,
perplexing incompatibilities with older versions of office. So in that
sense, because Office 2008 will also be incompatible with older versions of
office but will be compatible with newer windows versions, then
compatibility overall is improved.
You do understand the logic here, of course. Right?

MS has been very quiet about OFFFICE 2008. Did I miss something, or
was the last press release in JAN?
My company puts a lot of documents on GROOVE. Will OFFICE 2008 be
compatible?
Does MS have a site to provide requests/recommendation/feedback about
OFFICE?
Thank,
Tom
