Office 2010 setup question

Is this right? I'm getting it from MSDN (legally) and all the install
files are in the 'root' of the file tree. \\server\share\office14\
{all files}.

I use network deployment scenerios across networks. I don't see an
'Updates' folder or any of the others I'm used to.
