Office 2013 Installation Question

I see Office 2013 versions on Amazon.com, but it indicates they are
for 1 PC/1 User. I have a desktop and laptop computer and this
indicates I can on install Office 2013 on one of them. Is this true?
And you would have to but a 2nd copy for one of the PCs?
