Office 2K for Small Business upgrade problem

I have office 2K on Laptop w/ XP Pro. I need to get the
update SR1a. When I try and download it, it say I can't.
I've followed the installation instruction (step by step)
and the results are the same.

Could someone tell what's happening here and how to fix
it?
