Office 2K PRO now, to 2003 office PRO, OEM. Install issues on XP

Need to upgrade my Office 2K Pro and secured Office 2003 Pro, OEM version.
Any known issues? Should I delete 2K first? What will happen to current Word
doc's?

Inserting your 2003 cd, the installation should detect 2000 version & offer
to upgrade it.
An uninstall or upgrade doesnt impact on data, however data backup is
allways wise - you do that anyway dont you?
