Office 2K Pro Update Problem

Have tried to update Office 2K with O2KSR1aDL.EXE as a full 52meg update, it
starts then asks for the Office 2K CD, I insert it into my D: drive and then
the install complains about not being able to modify DLL files on the CD.
Not suppressed as its a closed original Microsoft CD, it is a two disk
upgrade from 98 if that matters.

Any ideas, help would be appreciated as this machine keeps failing the
Microsoft Baseline Security Analyser Tests for updates not applied to
Office. Office works with no problems its just become interesting.

Error 1321 The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file:
filename
"you may receive the following error message, where path\filename indicate
the CD-ROM drive letter and the path of a file that is located on the Office
CD"
