Having issues with office 2k running on win95 machines
with 128mb ram. Machine will lock up and reboot. Could
this occur because win95 runs fat32 file system and O2k
requires NTFS?

Office 2000 doesn't care about the file system the operating system
uses. It sounds like you have issues with Windows 95 tho. You may want
to think about replacing it with a more current operating system.

O2K does not require NTFS. Your issues are probably because your OS is too
old.

It could also be a virus. Some of them produce your symptoms.

As far as keeping your beloved (?) Windows 95, it may be possible to do so
if you install certain updates. Others in this ng may be able to help you
with that.

But surely you would be happier (although Bill would be richer and you would
be poorer) with a more modern OS, such as Windows XP Home or Windows 2000
Professional?
