Office 2k sp3 VB errors

A user gets this error:

Microsoft Visual Basic - Compile error in hidden module:
AutoExec


I have installed the entire package to run on the local
machine with no effect. Anyone have a possible solution?

Is the user running a virus scanner?

Autoexec is a macro which runs when you open a document; by default, it
shouldn't exist.
