office 2k+win 2k+s pack 4 issue

when installing office 2k onto my machine with win 2k,
office requests the sp 4 cd - it will not accept the sp4
already installed on te machine nor a cd with the sp
downloaded onto a cd as is or after being opened - what is
it that office 2k wants? please help!

and your on windows 2k instead of windows xp, but I bet
