Office 2K3 asks for product key when new user logs on

Hiya

This is really beginning to annoy me.

I have installed Office 2k3 on a couple of workstations, and whenever
somebody logs on and runs office for the first time, it asks for the product
key.

I have NEVER seen this problem before.

Anyone any suggestions?
