As I recall, OfficeXP's Picture Manager loaded as quickly as other Office
apps. For some reason, the 2k3 Picture Manager takes about 1.5 minutes to
load on my system (everything else loads in less than 5 seconds). I've
watched the disk access and it doesn't seem to be very active during the
load so it is not like it is in some kind of long search routine. I've tried
repair but that didn't change anything. Is this normal? If not, suggestions
to fix.
