Microsoft's cloud platform is going downhill at the speed of light. Their support is non-existent, they'll do everything to fob you off onto your provider, who will charge you for their time, and mostly have no idea what they're doing. Which is no surprise, Microsoft's cloud products are an amorphous blob that constantly transforms on a daily basis. Every day a page you regularly use is being retired for something else.
And their platforms are also riddled with problems that they don't seem to be in any hurry to solve. Well if you never let a product sit still long enough to work the bugs out of it, what do you expect?
Today Office 365 support sent me 4 emails telling me they are retiring 4 of my tickets, and apologizing because they never got around to them.
Hey Microsoft, how about we spend some of those profits on some support staff?
What's that? Screw the customer?
Well I may just have to start looking at alternatives.
