I am new to office 365 so I hope this makes sense - I enabled email encryption in office 365 for a customer but when they send an encrypted email to a user that is using office 365 they do not get get prompted to request a onetime password to verify who they are but if they send to someone who is not using office 365 email they get prompted to verify who they are before they can read the email, is that they way it works or can I configure office 365 so anyone who receives an encrypted email has to go through the onetime password to verify who they are.
