Office 7 Beta Will Not Download!

I tried choosing "Update"; I tried choosing "Custom" install and tried to run
it leaving current Office 2003 on system, tried to run it and have download
remove current version. Nothing works. It will not download from from CD.
I have a brand new Dell desktop with plenty speed and space. What's wrong?
HELP?
