Office 8, 9, 10 and 11 on same machine

I am running Office 2003 (Office 11) on my XP Pro SP2
machine but I still have folders and registry entries for
Office 8, Office 9 and Office 10. Can I safely delete
these things from my C: drive as well as my Registry or
will it cause major grief? I think they may be causing
some overlap problems with Office 2003 and SP2. Thanks!
