John

Can I install office 97 to my new computer which came with
Window xp. Second part if anyone knows if Digital Image 9
Suite will make SVCD's to play on a home DVD player the
box specs says will make video cd's? I'm trying to gather
some info on different software that will be the best to
take images, fix flaws and burn slide shows, etc. Before
purchase. Please respond to personal e-mail address.
Thanks in advance.

Yes. After intsall update your system with Windows and Office 97 service
packs.

Totally unrelated to Office.

Hi John,

MS Disital Image is a renamed/updated product from MS PictureIt :)
You may want to check with the folks in that newsgroup for
more details on its capabilities.

Mike, or anyone.

I'm about to do the same thing, probable - i.e. install my old Office 97 on
my new PC which will be running Win XP.

My question is - are Office 97 service packs still available? I thought I
had read that MS had dropped all support of Office 97.

Thanks

David
