Office 97 full version - OEM or retail? how do i know?

I have an extra sealed copy of Microsoft Office 97 Full Version that I am
trying to sell. A buyer asked me whether it was OEM, Academic, or full
retail version. How do I know what it is? What does OEM mean and how do I
know if its OEM?

And how do I know if it will work with Windows ME?

The pkge states the version
Works with all versions of Win, though I've seen prev.posts suggesting in
winxp it should be installed /updated prior to sp2
