Office 97 install on Win2k -- how to prevent file downleveling

Greetings:

We need to install Office 97 on a Win2k SP3/Terminal Services server;
we only have the original release (also seeking Office 97 SR2 CD).

Will the installer downlevel system files? (I've just spent days
doing various DAO, ODBC, VBS and hotfix upgrades and _DON'T_ want
to have to reapply them in proper order, etc.)

Will the SR2 installer downlevel files? Does the Terminal Services
compatibility script on Win2KSP3/TS work with the Office 97 SR2
configuration?
