Office '97 Installation Problem

I tried to install a Run-Time program of Access on my
(other) computer. I crashed the computer totally. I had it
fixed and was told to re-install all software. I tried to
re-install Office '97. Word, Excel and Powerpoint work
just fine, but when I try to run Access (which is the only
one I really need) I get an error message "No Registration
for this program found on this computer."

Can anyone help?
