Office 97 license required?

Hello,

I have my own copy of Office 97 and from what I can tell
its no longer available on the retail market.
Is it supported by MS anymore?
If a friend wants a copy, are there any licensing issues
if he wants to use mine?
Where do I find this info online?

thanks

Can you use google.com and get the information yourself?
